Commercial Technician.

Commercial Technicians at Bayside service the pools that hundreds of people see every day — HOA community pools, hotel and resort pools, fitness club aquatic facilities. The stakes are different here: compliance, presentation, and uptime matter as much as the work itself.

You'll manage daily or multi-weekly service schedules for a select group of commercial properties. You'll work with chemical automation systems, document everything for Florida DOH compliance, and ensure every property is inspection-ready year-round. You'll coordinate directly with property managers and maintenance teams.

What you'll do

• Service 13-17 commercial properties per route
• Maintain Florida DOH compliance documentation
• Monitor and adjust chemical automation systems
• Manage tile, deck, and waterline maintenance
• Conduct quarterly equipment audits
• Coordinate with property managers on schedules and special needs
• Prepare annual condition reports

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of commercial pool service experience
• Strong documentation discipline — paperwork matters here
• Comfortable working in customer-facing environments
• Valid Florida driver's license, clean record
• Familiarity with chemical automation.
