Repair Specialist.

Repair Specialists at Bayside are the technicians the rest of the team calls when something complicated needs solving. This role requires deeper technical skill, a diagnostic mindset, and the patience to figure out what's actually wrong before reaching for a wrench.

You'll work across pumps, heaters, filtration systems, salt chlorine generators, automation, lighting, plumbing, and surface repairs. You'll diagnose, document, propose solutions in writing, and execute the work. Some days are emergency calls. Others are scheduled installations. No two weeks are the same.

What you'll do

• Diagnose equipment and surface issues across residential and commercial properties
• Prepare written estimates with clear scope and pricing
• Perform repairs, replacements, and new installations
• Handle emergency calls — seven days a week, on rotation
• Document work thoroughly with photos and service reports
• Mentor junior technicians as needed

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of pool repair experience
• Strong diagnostic skills — you don't just replace, you figure out
• Comfortable with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Excellent written communication for estimates and reports
• Valid Florida driver's license, clean record
