Residential Technician.

As a Residential Technician at Bayside, you are the face of our service to the families we look after. You service the same homes each week — building the kind of trust that makes someone keep us as their pool provider for fifteen, twenty, twenty-five years.

This is field work, in beautiful Tampa Bay backyards, with the autonomy of running your own route. You'll handle weekly maintenance, chemistry, surface cleaning, and equipment monitoring. You'll write up service reports after each visit. You'll know your clients' gate codes, their dogs' names, and how they prefer their pool to look.

What you'll do

• Service 80-85 pools per route
• Complete chemical testing, balancing, and adjustment
• Brush, vacuum, skim, and detail every pool
• Inspect equipment and report any issues proactively
• Write a digital service report after each visit
• Build long-term relationships with clients on your route

What we're looking for

• Reliability above all else — clients count on the same day every week
• A genuine care for the work, even when no one is watching
• Strong communication, in person and in writing
• Physical fitness (lifting, bending, sun exposure)
• Valid Florida driver's license, clean record
• Prior pool service experience preferred but not required — we train
